Pedro Guedes’ practice focuses on litigation. He acts all over the Brazilian territory, in cases of strategic relevance to financial institutions and in high complexity disputes, particularly to companies in the oil & gas sector.
Pedro has extensive experience in acting before the Brazilian Supreme Court.
Since April 2007, Pedro also dedicates to research with FGV Direito Rio, particularly concerning Civil and Civil Procedure in connection with the LL.M course of said institution, where he acts as assistant lecture since July 2018.
