Rodrigo Jansen focuses his practice on matters of public law and litigation.
With more than twenty years of experience, Rodrigo Jansen represents companies in high-value and complex litigation, in Federal and State Courts, as well as in arbitrations. Noteworthy are lawsuits of more than R$ 1 billion involving claims in public works, as well as several lawsuits against federal public companies, notably in the Oil & Gas area.
Rodrigo Jansen also has extensive experience in public law matters, having advised companies in various bidding processes, as well as in privatization and public service concession processes. Has also advised clients in the privatization of airports, as well as in the implementation of BRT (Bus Rapid Traffic) systems.
